Job Description

  • Keep track and proper filing of confidential documents in both hard and soft copy
  • Arranging business travel, accommodation, visa applications, and other arrangements;
  • Organizing the Executive Chairman calendar and making appointments;
  • Organize and coordinate for internal/external meetings;
  • In charge of minute writing, issuance of agenda, circulation of minute and follow up to ensure actions completed
  • Collate reports and presentation slides;
  • Track and update industry regional exhibition list
  • Follow up and manage company relationship with government agencies
  • Filter queries, phone calls and invitations
  • Regularly update and maintain business contacts;
  • Handle expense and travel claims;
  • Translation of document from Mandarin to English and vice versa
  • Liaising with external Accountant/Internal Auditor/Corporate Secretary on related matters
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma with more than 3 years of working relevant experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly disposition
  • Flexible and mature professional approach with ability to work unsupervised
  • Well organized with a keen eye for details, meticulous and committed to delivering high quality work
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (Spoken/Read/Written) to communicate with China business associates
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Internet savvy
