Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
 
  • Involve in annual budgeting for employee benefit programmes including Long Service Award, Group Insurances and Medical Benefits etc
  • Enhance the Company's "My Privileges" benefits through renewing and expanding the corporate discount programmes for employees. Update the Intranet and inform employees via email on new or renewed corporate discount programmes, and coordinate vendor roadshows, if required
  • Support the implementation and execution of the Flexible and Medical benefit programmes for SATS Group of companies in Singapore
  • Advise internal stakeholders and employees on benefits related policies and handle employees’ queries on entitlements, insurance and claims matters
  • Assist with reviews and updates of HR Benefits policies as well as completion of benefit surveys.
  • Support the group insurance review and renewal process including liaising with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on insurance claims and reporting
  • Upload and approve claims via the SAP system on monthly basis
  • Manage and prepare benefits statistics and interface files for system uploading, reporting and cost accruals
 

Requirements
 
  • Degree qualified in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience in handling the full spectrum of  Benefits administration and management. Those with experience in payroll administration, taxation, industrial relations and union matters would have an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP HR systems
  • Possess initiative, flexibility, and is meticulous and analytical
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
