Responsibilities
 
  • Manage the dishing of inflight meal operations
  • Ensure effective and efficient staff deployment, and sufficient meals prepared for the required flights
 

Requirements
  • A diploma holder in any discipline
  • Able to meet tight timelines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • F&B, Catering, and Supervisory experience is an advantage
