Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
 
  • Management of the company's foreign workforce, with a key focus on recruitment, on-boarding. personnel management and exit administration
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements of the Ministry of Manpower. Keep abreast of changes in foreign worker policies and update/adjust management policies accordingly.
  • Act as advisor to both employees and managers on foreign worker policies and practices
  • Manage work pass applications, contract administration, conduct induction and all other activities related to the management/welfare of the foreign workers.
  • Work closely with appointed agents in the recruitment and management of foreign worker issues including housing.
  • Timely reporting of foreign worker issues and generation of reports for management reporting.
 
 
Requirements
 
  • A Diploma in any discipline.
  • Between 2-4 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients and respective associates
  • Experience in managing/engaging foreign workers is an advantage
  • Mature and meticulous individual
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
