Job Description


  • Provide personal and confidential secretarial support to the manager
  • electronic travel arrangment, visa application and hotel reservation
  • provide administrative support
  • assist on other adhoc duties assigned by the reporting manager

Job Requirements


  • at least 2 year(s) of working experience in secretarial support to senior management
  • experience in electronic ticketing, visa, hotel and travel itinary arrangments
  • ability to work under tight deadlines and adaptable to changes
  • strong communication skills in English and Mandarin as the incumbent will have to liaise with our China/HK offices
  • well organised and attentive to details
  • maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Candidate must poseesss at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
  • preferably junior executive specialising in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
