Job Description

· Partner with BU and external stakeholders on the end to end process of new offerings development within Attractions and support new initiatives to create additional revenue opportunities

· Maintain good and current knowledge on industry pertaining to recent developments of technology, technical rides, shows, operations, facilities and incidents

· Develop documentations and training for Team Members assigned to the new offerings development

· Oversee work quality on-site during installation and uninstallation of works

Job Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in Tourism, or any other relevant discipline. Applicants with other educational qualifications but with relevant experience may also apply

· Minimum 2 years of experience in theme park, attractions operations or related operations experience

· Able to perform shift work, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays, and work in an outdoor environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to read and understand blueprints, design specifications and ride systems is preferred
