Job Description

  • Greet customers, make suggestions, answer and present the menu
  • Answer all questions about beverages and the food
  • Take orders and send them to kitchen staff through the POS system
  • Ensure quality service in the dining room and serve meals
  • Prepare drinks order
  • Perform cashiering function and balance daily transactions
  • Handle telephone inquiries and take reservation
  • Assist customers order at Grab & Go counter
  • Assist customers with their internet access requirements
  • Use sales techniques to retain customers and attract more
  • Apply safety regulations
  • Comply with equipment usage guidelines
  • Comply with maintenance guidelines for the restaurant
  • Ensure your work area is clean
  • Organize your work and work area professionally
  • Clean and clear the dining area tables
  • Do all other tasks as required by the supervisor
  • Maintain the customer satisfaction level at the Company’s target(s) set from time to time and conduct continual improvement to achieve the highest customer satisfaction level.

Job Requirements

  • Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken English
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays
