Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Be Din Tai Fung brand ambassador, upholding our brand philosophy and company values by demonstrating excellent customer service and maintaining good customer relationships
• Adhere to house rules and regulations on all principles of hygiene, safety and accident prevention, grooming, and operations standard operating procedures
• Engage with customers through checking on their dining experience and making recommendations/getting feedback on the dishes
• Anticipate and exceed the expectations of our valued customers. Respond in a timely manner to customers reactions whenever required
• Gather and record customer feedback through daily contact with customers. Assist SA to submit report to LSA/CSA on the nature and frequency of feedback pertaining to the outlets
• Assist SA to motivate and act as a coach to the operations team in delivering service excellence and superior results, which may include (but not restricted to) certification and training of employees
• Assist SA to be involve with Operations team to review and customized processes to improve productivity, product and service quality depending on customer profile of specified outlets
• Involve in roll call to equip the Operations team with the confidence and knowledge to promote latest products offering through the memos issued out by Customer Care Department
• Assist SA to handle and resolving guest enquires and feedback (In Outlet, Phone, Feedback Form and Email) promptly
• Assist SA to initiate and handle the post feedback investigation process and propose preventive actions
• Assist SA in liaising and planning VIP reservations for specific outlet/s with Operations team, which includes serving the VIPs personally when they dine at the outlets
• Support various departments in special events (Culinary workshop, Product launch and outlets opening)
• Compile a regular/frequent list of customers’ preferences at specific outlets
• Assist SA in the preparation of Customer Care Memos
• Other duties involve assisting the outlets in charge of operation matters
 
Requirements
• Diploma/'O' Level / Certificate in F&B/ Tourism and Hospitality/Event Management
• Able to work in a fast paced  and customer focused environment
• Presentable and well groomed
• Maintain a great smile and facial expressions in all appropriate  situations
• Able to work under pressure and keep to deadlines given
• Able to function efficiently in a team setting and also independently
• Able to resolve customers issues promptly and to customers’ satisfaction
• Able to think on the feet
• Good interpersonal, communication, writing and listening skills
• Meticulous
• Proactive to perform job duties and assignment
• Driven and resourceful
• Computer-literate
• Able to converse well in Chinese/English or other foreign languages to liaise with multilingual speaking associates

Other Information
• Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
• Alternate 6-day week (5/6/5/6) 9 hours rotating shift
• Be willing to work shift, weekends and public holidays
• Duty Meal and Uniform Laundry provided
