Job Description


As a Guest Relations Ambassador at Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge, you play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for passengers. You will be deployed to our Premium Services team which handles lounge and private jet operations for Singapore Airlines. Your responsibilities will include the following:
  • Welcome passengers and ensure their eligibility of lounge usage
  • Attend to the needs of lounge guests in a pro-active manner
  • žIn charge of buffet table presentations to ensure that the food and beverages served are fresh and well-presented
  • Ensure proper housekeeping in the lounges
  • Perform basic administrative work and computerized transactions
  • Provide meet and greet escort services to private jet passengers for both arrival and departure
  • 4 GCE 'N' level credits / 3 GCE 'O' level credits / NITEC or equivalent including English
  • At least 2 years experience in Service or F&B in a restaurant or hotel
  • Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
  • žDynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Proficient in English and a second language
