Job Description

Summary: 
Our company is looking for Sales driven achiever, responsible for obtaining profitable results through motivation, skills development and garnering market support, thus timely execution of projects.
 
Products: Finishing & Building Products Floorings (Axminster / Carpets & Rugs / Carpet Tiles / Vinyls / Laminates / Woods / Wall to Wall / Sports Floorings / Landscape / Grass / Etc.) 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge.
  • Revenue and target driven operations. Front Line sales.
  • Monitors market trends and competition.
  • Provides competitive analysis information to Director of Sales Quarterly at a minimum.
  • Assists the Director / Vice President in all sales related items.
  • Revenue and targets driven operations.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate with 2 years’ experience in channel management. 
  •  Must be able to deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with associates and customers.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office and internet reporting.
  • Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity.
  • Experience in handling multiple products and multi-location.
  • Performance oriented and target driven approach, a self-motivator and achiever.
  • Capable in presenting company product lines to Architects / Builders / Interior Designers / Design firms for specification work is essential.
  • Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.

6 Days’ work weekly; Mon-Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Sat: 10:00am-3:00pm
Basic Salary + Handsome commission program
