Job Description

• To monitor and maintain the data integrity within the in-house system and highlight anomalies
• To formalize and implement any new processes or systems updates directed by either local or regional office
• To formalize and implement process improvement / re-engineering projects
• To prepare regional KPI dashboard / Flash Analysis report
• To generate analytical reports for the senior management and regional team
• To consolidate auto generated Profit Share invoices / credit notes for dissemination to overseas office
• To maintain and control Credit Note / Job Accrual Adjustment Log
• To engage in Job file Cost Management
• Supplier / Vendors related matters / Dispute Listing Clean up
• To conduct training for new recruits and existing staff
• To make recommendations for improvements or corrective actions
• To troubleshoot any issues

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree preferred
• Experience in freight forwarding with air/sea freight preferred
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality and a good team player
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
• Ability to work independently
• Willing to work in ALPS (Airport Logistics Park Ave)
