Job Description
- Assist daily follow-up and interaction with local and overseas customers, wtih excellent customer service commuication level
- Manage daily communications, including coodinate follow-up with internal and external personnel, to ensure that tasks are completed within deadlines
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
Job Requirements
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to follow up on matters proactively
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to travel independently for business trips
