- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness in public areas, shower rooms, washrooms, back of the house and so on in the lounge
- Clean guest rooms
- Assist in loading and unloading of food stuff
- Take stock
- Deliver food and beverages, utensils and equipment to guests when required
- Assist the team members when needed
