Job Description

  • Manage entire recruitment cycle
  • Handle full payroll processing, tax clearance, CPF and IRAS submission
  • Maintain and update P-files, E-leaves and claims
  • Provide day-to-day operational HR administration support
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions with key focus on Training and Development
  • Maintain the compliance policies and procedures for Compensation & Benefits and ensure all relevant documents are up-to-date to cope with ISO audit.
  • Prepare monthly Payroll Report
  • Perform salary review based on market benchmarking for new hire and existing employees
  • Welfare and Benefits administration (Medical claim etc.)
  • Leave administration
  • Process NS claim, Childcare Leave claim, Maternity Leave claim
  • Manages grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Managing schemes and policies on staff welfare
  • Dormitory management
  • Expatriate Mobility Management
  • Exit clearance for resigned employees
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned / support HR department in day to day operation. 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in similar position
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment-related laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous ,organized and independent
  • Candidates with experience in a Construction Industry would be advantageous
