Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving and growing company’s revenue.
  • To develop new business and increase customer base
  • Identifies marketing opportunities of new customers
  • To participate in site show around and be involved in tender and procurement.
  • To prepare and monitor sales volume and revenues on a regular basis.
  • To provide full business development function including;-
    • Pre-sales activities (attending to invites)
    • Preparing quotations and proposals
    • Responding to tenders and site shows
    • Presentations to market the full range of company’s services
    • Contract negotiating
    • Gathering market intelligence
    • Handling post sales activities
    • Oversee and maintain existing clients with good sales support
  • Comply with monthly reporting via Sales-Force with potential leads and opportunities
  • Protect organisation's value by keeping information confidential
  • Well verse with the sales force platform
  • Ensure all Sales related Revenue & Pipeline are updated on sales force
  • Administer any ad-hoc BD projects
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

  • Proven record in sales, and experience in Facilities Management / Cleaning industries or similar industry would be an advantage
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in sales at managerial level
