JAL Yoga is a Yoga/Pilates/Barre concept studio started by people passionate about yoga practices.  It has been very encouraging to see the increase in popularity of Yoga and we believe the market potential is still largely untapped in many parts of Singapore.  At JAL, we believe yoga should be an integral part of one's health regimen regardless what kind of sports one engages in. Our mission is  to inspire people to do what they think they cannot do with their minds and bodies so that they maintain good health to pursue their passion .  As such, JAL will be introducing several new classes including 3 of those that we have patented for, to engage both beginners and regular practitioners.  We are also the first in Singapore to introduce I nfrared Heat Yoga what makes practising hot yoga a lot more beneficial to health and complexion! We aim to create a lifestyle brand to engage a wider community to adopt healthy living in everything they do.  Our vision is to build a sustainable organisation to help under-privilege in the society eventually.
