PUTIEN has its roots to its namesake, the City of Putian – a beautiful coastal suburb southeast of Fujian, China. Putian is known for Putian or Henghwa cuisine, a style of Fujianese cooking that uses a lot of fresh seafood that is easily available to the coastal city.
