Drilmaco Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1997 to provide machining services to all major material suppliers in Singapore. With the recognition of our capabilities, similar services were extended to all manufacturing and oilfield service companies in the oil exploration and related industries.
Our specialized manufacturing services encompass basic turning operations, deep hole drilling, long length honing, CNC / semi-NC lathe machining and milling operations. Over the years, we have developed our core business in internal diameter (ID) boring on cylindrical material from 0.25” to 11” over the length of up to 20-30 feet. These ranges of machining operations are made possible by our investments in specialized deep hole and honing machinery, tailor-made equipment, high-end CNC machines and a wide range of toolings and accessories.
With the technical expertise gained over the years, we have extended our machining services to manufacturing of critical components and complete finished products in accordance with the stringent specifications set up by our customers and the high standards as required in oilfield industry.
