  • Manage and oversee daily operations and ensure compliance to operations standards and procedures. • Determine staffing needs. Recruit, select and interview employees, evaluate employees’ performance. • Reviews/ Plan Work Schedules to achieve high labour productivity & maintaining efficient labour strength. • Build sales and manage costs within the budget to meet business results. • Participate and execute corporate CRM plans. • Responsible for assessing/ reviewing requisition for all foods, commodities, supplies, and equipment. • Manages restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. • Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures through best monitoring methods via tracking, monitoring and analysing Sales, Labour & Food Cost variances to initiate corrective/ improvement actions.  

  Responsible for greeting and serving customers, taking and coordinating orders and keeping counters/host station and tidy and clean.

Assist Purchasing Manager / Assistant Purchasing Manager in providing supporting services in related to the Purchasing Department. Source, evaluate and recommend vendors for the best interest of the company. Negotiate with vendors for the best terms e.g. costing, quality, delivery, service, payment term & etc. Co-ordinate with vendors and outlets on the ordering & delivery of goods. Ensure Purchasing Department procedure and policy is adhered to. Maintain and update of the database. Process purchase order with proper filing system. Conduct regular review on vendor’s performance. Prepare monthly purchase report. Carry out any duty as assigned by the Purchasing Manager/Assistant Purchasing Manager.

Assist Finance Manager in maintaining full set of accounts. Oversee the Accounts Assistant in fulfilling their roles. Assist to maintain a sound and healthy cash position for respective brands. Prepare monthly reports and ad-hoc report, also to highlight any unusual when found. Propose monthly payment plan to suppliers within the credit terms and yet to maintain healthy cash position for future expansion plan. Prepare and submit quarterly GST submission. Ensure accuracy on the submission. Maintain proper record of company’s assets and stocks and highlight any wrongdoings for further action. Maintain full set of accounts for statutory and tax requirements in accordance of Singapore Accounting Standards and/or Financial Reporting Standard.
