JOB DESCRIPTION The Corporate System group is part of the centralized application support and delivery facility within the SingTel Group. This position reports to DirectorDirector, Corporate Systems. The Project Manager is accountable for the delivery of projects (both Operational and Capital) in the Corporate Systems domain.   The Project Manager is responsible for leading a global cross functional team within the SingTel Group IT (Solution Architects, IT Solution Providers, Testers, Build & Release Engineers etc) to deliver projects on time and on budget. This role also involves working with regional & offshore teams.   The Project Manager will be required to work within a Project Working Committee environment, generally consisting of Business Project Managers, IT Domain Project Managers, Networks Engineering Managers and other senior operational personal. As such, the Project Manager must exhibit a broad range of qualities in order to gain/maintain credibility and successfully lead our projects. The role is tasked with financial management and the associated reporting KPIs within the program team. Strong financial management skills are required to ensure financial budgets are managed effectively.   Excellent communications skills are mandatory for this role.
