Work closely and assist the Sous Chef and Executive Head Chef in preparation of all food (à la carte, finger food and promotional & function menus) Ensure food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, utensils such as sauce containers and fridges are well cleaned checked by cooks according to kitchen SOP Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas at all given time  Maintain proper product and work flow, and a complete SOP Manual for Outlet Kitchen Operations with the help of Sous Chef/ Executive Chef Maintain quality control with the most economical usage of products Maintain and follow proper maintenance and sanitation of kitchen equipment and facilities Give strategic input such as development and delivery of F&B promotions, functions, development of room package
