You will be part of an elite and actions driven team responsible for establishing the quality assurance and management system designed for Engineering, business application and compliance needs. You will also undertake projects to formulate guidelines under the system to improve the quality of our business and engineering processes as required and compliances. Manage, coordinate and maintain the company’s quality management and EHS systems and certifications. Including liaising with the external certification body on and during surveillance and renewal audits. Plan, lead and conduct internal audits in line with the requirements of the company’s integrated quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management framework to achieve consistency of approach across the organization. Conduct induction and awareness training/program on EHS and Quality management systems to keep the staff updated, aware and be informed. Review and improve on all quality control of Operating Procedures & Work Instructions as required including updating and maintaining of all specifications, manuals and documents. Identify, manage and ensure continuous improvements in the Quality management and EHS systems in compliance with business objectives, business excellence standards and requirements of the external certification body. To champion and liaise with respective personnel on the investigation of roots cause(s) of non conformance and procedural failures. To ensure that corrective actions are in place and implemented for all non-conformances detected during audits and daily work processes. To review and approve required specifications and revisions in documentation prior releasing for or to customers. Manage and conduct Quality Assurance in areas of Incoming, in-process, outgoing, IAT, FAT and SAT Manage and conduct Suppliers surveys and audits on suppliers/vendors/contractors.   Responsible for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with documented procedures. Plan, managed and deployed of dept. manpower and job loading for all aspects of quality assurance, EHS and Management Systems. To prepare monthly non-conformance analysis and KPI report.

Main liaison for end users on the projects from inception to conclusion, including analyzing, forecasting, budgeting and cost control. Hold pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting general accounting function, financial reporting, audit and tax compliance in accordance to Singapore Accounting Standards Responsible for full spectrum of GL function and financial accounts closing in effective and efficient manner. Update Intercompany billings, attend to enquiries and send monthly intercompany confirmation Liaise with Intercompany for month end factoring of balance General Ledger duties Coordinate with other Accountants/Finance Executives/other departments to ensure smooth closing Prepare journal for posting Analyze and review Financial statement and highlight any errors Review monthly financial report, assist in identifying abnormal entries, financial issues for improvements and solutions Prepare simple group consolidation reports for management and compliance reporting Review GST reports for monthly or quarterly filing to IRAS Assist in year-end stock-take exercise, final accounts closing and the necessary audit schedules and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

Assist Manager to manage and execute the projects to be cost effective,meet timely delivery, quality standards and client expectation. Participate as a team member in coordinating all project related activities; from definition, design, development to deployment stages.   Project /Practice Management (60%) Execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Meet daily schedules on operational aspects of all projects and related activities. Effectively apply Omega methodology throughout the project execution. Minimize Omega‘s exposure and risk on projects. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.. Keep Project leads and Manager well informed of status of project and serve as liaison between Project and Procurement/Sales/Assembly/Logistics/QA departments.   Customers (25%) Manages customer interaction and expectations through regular updates of project status and communicate with customers on his needs and requests. Coordinate with customers, end users, engineering consultants, certification bodies, suppliers, principles and etc. on engineering designs, documents /drawings submission and approval, testing and commissiong schedule and job scope.   Internal Liaison (15%) Work with the Service team in project executions; providing technical documents to enable them to perform testing, commissioning , repair and maintenance tasks locally / overseas, on-shore and offshore. Advise Service Engineers on the system setup and functionality during IAT and FAT stages.  Be responsible for the tools and parts issued under his care. Observe and implement the company EHS policy; ensure compliance with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times. Perform Quality Control Activities as required to ensure product conformance with relevant industry standards and specifications. Lead and manage day-to-day IT Department to support and ensure smooth operation of applications, networks, servers, laptops and desktop systems. Provide technical support and advise where necessary Study business and application specific requirements, review organisational IT infrastructure as well as design and implement the IT architecture to meet current and future requirements. PC hardware, printers & desktop support equipment maintenance, MS Office, Outlook, email, pc configuration, printer configuration. Including in house PABX programming and housekeeping. Maintaining the Company and intranet website as well as Cloud Application (DMS), updates and changes Maintenance of all servers including MS SQL Servers, AD Servers etc. Including servers backup and administration. Prepare yearly detailed IT budget projections, and quarterly budget updates in conjunction with the Finance Manager. And ensure that IT spending is consistent and stays within th approved Capex and Opex budgets. Plan, coordinate and negotiate for all IT purchasing activities across all companies.
