Job Description
- Provide frontline customer service
- Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Assist in minor procedures
- Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
- Booking of referral appointments
- Maintaining inventory levels
- Perform basic triage
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
- At least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with our Chinese patients)
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Need to have knowledge in medical insurance processing
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Healthcare system, IT Savvy
- Preferably specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent
- Experience in O&G, Dermatology/Aesthetic will be an advantage
