Identify and implement suitable and cost effective technologies, conceptualize and develop solutions for the online campus’ operations while managing current physical campus.
Spearhead projects in unchartered territories to explore further transformation possibilities using lean innovation strategies.
Providing weekly/or monthly progress reports as required.
Work jointly with various teams in developing the solutions required.
Continuously review and fine-tune internal processes and workflows to achieve operational efficiency, improve service delivery and raise productivity.
Come up with systems to track Ops performance in areas such as course/delivery feedback, net promoter score etc.
Ensure smooth day to day operation of delivery of short professional development courses.
Monitor and control debtors and funding applications/claims.
Support formation of new classes and to achieve maximize revenue
Ensure optimal planning and usage of classroom occupancy
Ensure staff are trained/developed with career progression and efficiency of team is of high standard.
Provide professional and quality customer service in areas of enquiries/enrolment/student support.
Attend student feedback/complaints and resolve it timely.
Ensure team follows SOP in preparation of compliance audits.
Maintain quality excellence in EduTrust, CIR, SSG audits and any other audits and review.
Organise and support course activities e.g. course previews.
Prepare Management reports and attend all required meetings.
Maintain conducive working environment and monitor staff welfare.
Degree or Diploma with at least 5 years’ of working experience, preferably in education sector
Experienced with operations’ performance metrics.
Good people leadership skills with a growth mind set.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 Applications.
High adaptability with strong desire to automate processes in a fast changing company.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multi-task and work independently.
